Human Condition

Bradley/Roy. R. 100 words.
To the top, he’d heard them say.

Bradley flexed his fingers, tightened his grip.

To the top, he’d heard them say. Mustang and Hughes, Hughes and Mustang. Always behind closed doors.

Mustang wanted to claim the seat he’d devoted years of his life to winning. Years he couldn’t afford to lose. She’d made him different, she told him. Made him a human doll to live a human’s life.

Under his hands, he felt Mustang shudder, felt the echo of harsh, ragged moans. Douglas watched from the shadows, still and quiet and uncaring, as he slammed into tight, clutching heat and proved just how human he could be.
